I have extensive legal as well as business experience which brings a fluidly to the process. Being able to effectively process the underlying facts of complex commercial transactions saves time and assists with effectively achieving a balanced resolution. I have lived and worked in London and Costa Rica and has been involved in a multitude of business transactions globally.
I’m a Past-Chair of the New York State Bar (NYSBA) International Section, a past member of the NYSBA House of Delegates and served on the board for the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) for three years.
I’ve traveled extensively and have a talent for understanding different cultures and legal approaches. Further, my experience in business operations, employment law, IP, corporate law, technology, risk management and transactions provide a proactive, well-rounded and strategic perspective.
