Introduction
We have zero tolerance for all human rights abuses and is committed to the highest standards of professionalism, ethical behavior and integrity in our organization, operations and individuals, including, contributing to the health & welfare of communities across the globe and adamantly opposing modern slavery in any form.

Our policies apply to all of our interactions and include:

Human Rights: Our commitment to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights is embodied in our operational principles and confirms our commitment to respect and support international human rights, and in particular to the International Bill of Rights and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Diversity: encourage all to value diversity and respect each person’s individuality, and to ensure that every applicant, colleague, client and third party is treated on the basis of culturally competent merit using the highest level of reason.

Ethics: A high level of ethical obligations are primary in everything we do and in all our dealings, whether directly related to the provision of legal services or otherwise.

Whistleblowing: individuals will have a confidential mechanism for disclosing suspicions or knowledge of possible impropriety to protect the firm, its brand, people and clients by delivering an early warning when something goes wrong. Individuals also have a mechanism for reporting breaches of firm policies and procedures, and errors, acts or omissions which result in breach of the legal or regulatory obligations of individuals or the firm. All our people have a personal obligation to report such incidents promptly and honestly when identified.

Anti-bribery and corruption: We are committed to transparency regarding what is expected of all our individuals. We expect the same standard of conduct from our contractors and third-party service providers in all dealings on our behalf.

Sustainability: We are committed to minimizing its carbon footprint and have policies in place to reduce commuting, garbage and use of unrenewable resources.

Performance Reviews: Our supplier contracts contain the right to audit our suppliers. We also encourage feedback on our performance from certain key clients who audit their relationship with us as their suppliers.

Training: All employees undertake mandatory training on the policies set forth herein.

Responsible Business: We are committed to contributing to the wellbeing of communities around the world. We encourage our employees to do volunteer work that is meaningful, impactful and supports those in need and, if applicable, access to justice and the protection and promotion of the rule of law around the world.
